Shannon and Paul - my great friends from BC - were married earlier this summer. I was so happy to be one of Shannon's bridesmaids!! We had so much fun at the wedding. It was an unbelievable weekend, full of laughs and surprises and tears. Shannon and Paul and their parents were amazing hosts.
The nuptials took place on July 26 at Saint Mary Church in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Saint Mary's is the Langans family church, and it's so lovely. The reception took place afterwards at Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, New York.

It was a full weekend of festivities!! They day before the wedding, the bridesmaids were treated to manicure/pedicures by our generous bride.

After the luncheon, we got ready for the rehearsal at Shannon's parents' home. And I got to see her beautiful wedding gown - finally!

The rehearsal dinner was truly amazing. Paul's parents hosted an outdoor barbecue at Tarrytown House, a beautiful mansion along the Hudson River.

En route to the reception... too many people to name everyone, but we all had so much fun together! It was such a great group - a mixture of new and old friends.

And then the cocktail hour officially started, followed by the reception, which was both touching and so much fun. We had such a blast, seeing everyone from BC and being able to be together with friends all weekend. I'm so happy for Shannon and Paul!! It was truly an amazing weekend.
The newlyweds left for Italy the next day.
